Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. & Puerto Rico Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. & Puerto Rico Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $65 within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, Alyveer is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or high-volume periods

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alyveer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
